Every engagement starts with a question: what does this person or organization need right now to move forward with confidence?

The answer shapes everything: format, depth, duration.

What stays constant is the Clarity™ method, the commitment to your outcomes, and a refusal to settle for surface-level change.

Coaching

Who it's for: Executives, founders, C-suite leaders and high-potential individuals at inflection points. Whether that's a new role, a scaling challenge, a transition, or simply the sense that more is possible.

What it looks like: One-on-one sessions (individual) or structured programs for teams and organizations. Typically 3–12 months, with sessions every two to four weeks. Format adapts to your context: in-person, remote, or hybrid.

What you can expect: Sharper decision-making. A clearer sense of your leadership identity. The ability to navigate complexity without losing yourself or your direction. And results that show up in your work, your teams and your results. Not just in how you feel about them.

Grounded in Co-Active coaching methodology.

Mentoring

Who it's for: Startup founders and scale-up CEOs who need more than advice: they need a thought partner with real operating experience who has been through launches, pivots, acquisitions and exits at global companies.

What it looks like: An ongoing strategic relationship, typically 6–18 months. Regular sessions focused on your priorities: investor narrative, team building, market positioning, personal leadership, decision-making under uncertainty. I work with founders referred through accelerators, VC networks and directly.

What you can expect: Strategic clarity when the path isn't obvious. A sounding board who will challenge your assumptions before the market does. High-impact introductions where relevant. And the confidence that comes from having someone genuinely invested in your success.

Advisory

Who it's for: Boards, NGOs, and organizations navigating transformation, M&A, cultural change or strategic repositioning. Also: CEOs and leadership teams who need an external perspective with both strategic depth and operational credibility.

What it looks like: Structured advisory engagements, typically 6–12 months. Can include board participation, strategic workshops, leadership assessments, transformation roadmapping or a combination. Scope defined at the outset.

What you can expect: An outside eye that sees what insiders can't. Frameworks and tools drawn from 25 years of real transformation, not theory. Alignment across your leadership team. And decisions made with greater confidence and speed.

FAQs

What does a typical engagement look like?

Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation (no cost, no commitment) to understand your context, goals and what kind of support would serve you best. From there, we define scope, format and duration together. There is no one-size-fits-all.

Do you work in person or remotely?

Both. I'm based in Barcelona and work with clients globally. Sessions can be in-person, remote or hybrid depending on your location and preference.

What languages do you work in?

English, Spanish and Italian. All three at full professional depth.

Who are your typical clients?

Founders and startup CEOs, C-suite executives, leaders in transition, high-potential individuals and organizations undergoing transformation. Most come through referral or accelerator networks.

What is the investment?

Engagements are scoped individually. Reach out for a discovery conversation and we'll discuss what makes sense for your situation.

How do I know if coaching, mentoring or advisory is right for me?

A simple test: coaching focuses on your inner development and leadership identity. Mentoring adds strategic guidance from direct experience. Advisory is about your organization — culture, structure, decisions. Often the most valuable work combines elements of all three. We'll figure out the right mix together.
